钢渣复合料及混凝土耐久性的试验研究

摘  要:本研究用钢渣细集料与复合剂组成钢渣复合料胶结材,掺与粗集料配制成混凝土,进行了耐久性试验;观察钢渣复合料胶结材的显微结构,测试显微硬度、水化热,并与硅酸盐水泥进行对比。试验结果表明,配制C50钢渣复合料混凝土,抗冻性满足抗冻等级F300的要求,抗氯离子渗透六小时通过的电量很低,标准碳化龄期28d平均值0.3mm,耐久性良好;与硅酸盐水泥相比,生成的水化物结构致密,显微硬度高,水化热低。Durability test was carried with using the steel slag fine aggregate and compound composed of steel slag composite cementitious material, doped with coarse aggregate and compounding concrete; Microstructure of steel slag composite cementitious materials was observed, and microhardness and hydration heat were tested and compared with Portland cement, respectively. Test results showed that the prepared composite material of steel slag concrete C50, frost resistance can meet the requirements of the frost resistance grade F300. Resistance to chloride ion penetration six hours by the power was low, and standard carbide of 28 days was average 0.3mm and the prepared composite material of steel slag concrete C50 showed durability, compared with that of the Portland cement, it showed the superior performances, such as structure compact, higher micro hardness and hydration heat lower.
