摘　　要：胶质瘤(glioma)是最常见的原发于外胚层的中枢神经系统肿瘤,其发病率高、致死率高、复发率高,是严重威胁人类生命健康的疾病之一。近年来研究发现,长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,Lnc-RNA)在glioma的发生、发展过程中发挥着极其重要的作用,为glioma的分子靶向治疗提供了新的途径。本文通过对LncRNA的功能、作用机制及其在glioma中的研究进展等方面进行探讨和综述,希望能为glioma的治疗提供一个全新的思路和借鉴。Glioma is the most common tumor of central nervous system originated from the ectoderm, with high morbidity, mortality and relapse rates. It is one of the diseases severely threatening human health. Recent studies showed that long non-coding RNA （Lnc RNA） played an extremely important role in the occurrence and development of glioma, which provided a new approach for molecular-targeted therapy in glioma. This article reviewed the functions and mechanism of Lnc RNA, as well as research progresses of Lnc RNA in glioma, which will be helpful to provide a novel approach and reference for the glioma treatment.
