摘　　要：本文介绍了1949年日内瓦四公约的产生和发展的历史,指出了军事需要原则和人道原则在这个过程中的重要作用;简要分析了四公约的主要内容,并且回顾了我国与日内瓦公约的关系,最后介绍了我国政府落实日内瓦公约的努力。This article introduces the history of 1949 Geneva Conventions, and emphasizes the important roles that the principles of military needs and humanity have played in this process ; and the main articles of the Conventions are also discussed. In the last section, the relationships between China and 1949 Geneva Conventions are reviewed, and the facts show that China has always complied with obligations under the Conventions.
