摘  要:硝基复合肥生产中经常出现产品结块的现象,而使产品的使用性降低。研究部分不同pH的原材料如磷酸一铵、硫酸钾在特定环境下对硝基复合肥产品结块的影响。结果表明,随着pH的降低,产品结块率有升高趋势;采用碱性原材料如磷酸氢二钾和磷酸氢二铵中和产品,调节pH,可有效降低产品结块率。The caking phenomenon of product often appears in the nitro compound fertilizer production,therefore reducing the product usability. The effect of raw materials such as monoammonium phosphate,potassium sulfate in certain circumstances agglomeration on caking of nitro compound fertilizer product isstudied.The results show that, the caking rate has a rising trend with decreasing of pH; Using potassiumhydrogen phosphate and diammonium phosphate to neutralize the products,adjusting pH value,can effectivelyreduce the caking rate of products.
