摘  要:目的 探讨主动脉内球囊反搏术(IABP)在急性左心功能不全中的临床应用.方法 选取2010年1月至2015年12月在我院就诊的患者40例,均为急性左心功能不全患者,分为两组.治疗组20例在常规药物治疗基础上加用IABP治疗;对照组20例继续常规药物治疗,不予IABP治疗.结果 治疗后治疗组20例患者住院期间3例死亡,5例自动出院,其余12例症状均有不同程度改善;对照组中5例死亡,10例自动出院,5例症状改善.左心功能不全加重、恶性心律失常、死亡等并发症发生率治疗组均低于对照组;肾功能不全发生率治疗组也低于对照组;下肢动脉缺血发生率无明显差异;治疗组疗程短于对照组.结论 主动脉内球囊反搏术对急性左心功能不全的治疗效果确切,特别是对急性心肌梗死合并左心功能不全患者疗效更明显.Objective To discuss the clinical apphcation of intra-aortic balloon counter-pulsation to acute cardiac insufficiency with the following researching methods. Methods The 40 patients who were diagnosed with acute cardiac dyfunction and received treatment in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2015. They were treated with routine therapy but had poor effect. The patients were divided into two groups, one treated with IABP plus routine therapy, the other only with routine therapy without IABP. Results In the group treated with I- ABP, there was 3 patients dying and 5 discharging against advice among the 20 patients, and rest of them were improved to some certain extent. In the control group, 5 patients died, 10 discharged against advice, 5 were im- proved. In terms of the occurrence rate of complications(such as aggravation of cardiac insufficiency, malignant ar- rhythmia and even death), renal inadequacy and lower limb ischemia, the group with IABP showed a better result than the control group. Conclusion IABP is definitely effective for acute cardiac insufficiency, and its curative ef- fect for acute myocardial infarction with left ventricular dysfunction is even more obvious.
