摘 要:目的:探讨红细胞免疫相关表面分子CD55、CD59与慢性荨麻疹的相关性。方法:运用流式细胞术检测53例慢性荨麻疹患者和50例健康人红细胞表面分子CD55、CD59的表达水平。结果:与正常对照相比,慢性荨麻疹患红细胞CD55的平均荧光强度增高(P〈0.001),CD59的平均荧光强度降低(P〈0.001)。结论:红细胞CD55、CD59表达异常可能是慢性荨麻疹天然免疫反应能力亢进和紊乱的基础,为慢性荨麻疹的治疗提供了新思路,其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。Objective: To explore the association between CD55, CD59, two surface molecules on erythrocyte, and chronic urticaria. Methods: Flow cytometry was used to detect the mean fluorescent intensity (MFI) of CD55 and CD59 on erythrocytes in 53 padents with chronic urticaria and 50 healthy individuals. Results: Compared with the healthy individuals, the MFI of CD55 in patients with chronic urticaria were significantly increased (P〈0.001) and the MFI of CD59 in patients with chronic urticaria were significantly decreased (P〈0.001) . Conclusion: The abnormal expressions of CD55 and CD59 on erythrocytes might be the basis of hyperfunction and dysfunction of the nature immune function of erythrocytes in chronic urticaria. However, its mechanism needs to be further studied.
