摘　　要：目的 探讨桡神经浅支外侧支皮瓣的临床应用价值.方法 收集2015年6月-2016年2月收治的创伤性拇指指端缺损患者20例,均行桡神经浅支外侧支皮瓣修复术.术后观察患指恢复情况及伤口愈合情况,以及拇指外形和感觉、运动能力,并对结果进行统计学处理.结果 20例术后拇指创面愈合良好,外形基本恢复正常,感觉与运动功能恢复.结论 桡神经浅支外侧支皮瓣对创面修复满意,对供区损伤小,在显微镜下精细缝合神经外膜,重建感觉功能,减少患者痛苦,具有较高的推广价值.Objective To explore the clinical value of superficial radial nerve lateral flaps. Methods Collected 20 cases of traumatic digital tip defects in thumb from June 2015 to February 2016, superficial radial nerve lateral flaps were cutted. Observed postoperative recovery and wound healing, as well as the shape sense and motion ability of thumb. The results were statistically analyzed and treated. Results All 20 patients healed, thumb shape returned to the normal level, motion sense ability recovered. Conclusion Superficial radial nerve lateral flap can obtain satisfactory effect with minimal damage in the donor site and reconstruct sensory function, through microscopic anastomosis of neural lateral membrane, reduce the patients suffering, has high worthy of popularization.
