肌腱延长术联合动力型支具治疗轻中型前臂缺血性肌挛缩的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探讨肌腱延长术联合动力型支具治疗前臂Volkmann缺血性肌挛缩的疗效.方法 对2013年3月-2014年12月收治的6例前臂Volkmann缺血性肌挛缩病例均采用肌腱延长术,2周后联合动力型支具治疗.结果 6例均获得10-38个月（平均24个月）随访,并采用手功能评分标准进行评价,优4例（66%）,良1例（17%）,差1例（17%）.优良率为83%.结论 肌腱延长术联合动力型支具治疗轻、中型前臂缺血性肌挛缩可取得良好效果.Objective To investigate therapeutic effects of tendon elongation operation on Volkmann ischemic contracture of forearm with dynamic brace. Methods A total of 6 cases of Volkmann ischemic contracture of forearm were treated by tendon elongation operation with dynamic brace after 2 weeks. Results Of all the 6 cases were followed up. The duration of follow up was 10 to 38 months with an average of 24 momths. Accoding to the standard of hand function, the results were excellent in 4 cases（66%）, good in 1 case（17%）, and poor in 1 case（17%）. The excellent and good rate was 83%. Conclusion Tendon elongation operation is an effective manngent for Volkmann ischemic contracture of forearm.
