摘 要:目的应用有限元建模方法,研究基于MRI正常人肛门括约肌复合体中重要肌群—肛管直肠环肌群的三维有限元建模。方法应用3.0T MRI扫描正常人肛门括约肌复合体,并经处理获得肛管直肠环肌群DICOM格式断层图像,通过Minics软件转换为可导入仿真软件的三维几何模型,再使用ABAQUS有限元仿真软件三维仿真建立有限元模型。结果应用MRI采集肛管直肠环肌群、并经过软件处理,可以成功建立肛门括约肌复合体中重要肌群—肛管直肠环肌群的三维有限元模型,该模型外观光滑、逼真,共有126371个节点,66892个单元,具有较高的准确性,可导出顶视图、前视图、侧视图及任意的剖面图。结论该有限元模型能够客观模拟并评估肛瘘患者采用不同术式治疗后肛门控便功能,为从力学角度评估肛瘘术后肛管直肠环损伤程度提供新的技术支持。Objective To establish the three-dimensional model of anorectal muscle group of anal sphincter complex basing on MRI images of normal anal canal by using finite element model. Methods We obtained two-dimensional images of normal anorectal muscle group of anal sphincter complex by using 3.0T MRI scans and then used Minics to obtain three-dimensional geometrical modeling: Fi- nite element modeling was then conducted by using ABAQUS finite simulation element software. Results We successfully established three-dimensional finite element model of anorectal muscle group of anal sphincter complex. This modeling is smooth and vivid. It con- tains 126371 nodes, 66892 units and has high degree of accuracy. Export of top view, front view, side view and arbitrary profile is pos- sible. Conclusion This finite element modeling can simulate and evaluate the bowel control after various operation of anal fistula. It al- so provides a new technology platform for evaluating the damage of anorectal ring after the operation
