可多华联合自拟“金钱蒲地汤”治疗经尿道前列腺电切术后相关性难治性尿道炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察甲磺酸多沙唑嗪控释片(商品名:可多华)联合自拟"金钱蒲地汤"在经尿道前列腺电切术后相关性难治性尿道炎临床治疗中的效果。方法 168例经尿道前列腺电切术后相关性难治性尿道炎患者,采用便利抽样法将其分为对照组(80例)与治疗组(88例)。对照组给予可多华治疗,治疗组在可多华治疗的基础上加用"金钱蒲地汤"治疗,比较两组患者的每日排尿次数以及治疗效果。结果 1治疗后,治疗组每日排尿次数为(5.13±0.75)次,少于对照组的(8.75±0.86)次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗组患者治愈52例,显效30例,无效6例,总有效率为93.18%;对照组患者治愈27例,显效36例,无效17例,总有效率为78.75%;治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺电切术后相关性难治性尿道炎患者的治疗中联合可多华与"金钱蒲地汤"可以明显提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,值得推广。Objective To observe effect by doxazosin mesylate controlled release tablets（Cardura）combined with home- made ＂Jinqian Pudi decoction＂ in the treatment of transurethral resection of prostate- related refractory urethritis.Methods A total of 168 patients with transurethral resection of prostate- related refractory urethritis were randomly divided into control group（80 cases） and treatment group（88 cases）.The control group received Cardura for treatment,and the treatment group received additional ＂J inqian Pudi decoction＂ to Cardura for treatment.Comparison was made on daily micturition times and curative effects between the two groups.Results ① After treatment,the treatment group had less daily micturition times as（5.13± 0.75） times than（8.75± 0.86） times in the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.② The treatment group had 52 cured cases,30 excellent cases and 6 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 93.18%.The control group had 27 cured cases,36 excellent cases and 17 ineffective cases,with total effective rate as 78.75%.The treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate than the control group,and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Cardura and ＂Jinqian Pudi decoction＂ in treating transurethral resection of prostate- related refractory urethritis can remarkably enhance curative effect and imprcve clinical symptoms,and it is worth promoting.
