小剂量左甲状腺素钠片辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小剂量左甲状腺素钠片辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法 100例慢性心力衰竭患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加服小剂量左甲状腺素钠片治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果与心功能指标水平情况。结果观察组总有效率(94.0%)明显高于对照组(74.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现不良反应。观察组患者治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)、心肌舒张早期峰值速度(VE)与舒张晚期峰值速度(VA)的比值(VE/VA)指标水平均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小剂量左甲状腺素钠片辅助治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效显著,有助于改善患者的心功能状态,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate clinical effect by small dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets in adjuvant therapy for chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional therapy, and the observation group received additional small dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets for treatment. Comparison was made on curative effects, and cardiac function index levels between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate（94.0%）than the control group（74.0%）, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Both groups had no adverse reactions. The observation group had all better left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）, stroke volume（SV）, cardiac index（CI）, myocardial early diastolic peak velocity（VE）to late diastolic peak velocity（VA）ratio（VE/VA）after treatment than those in the control group, and their differences all had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of small dose of levothyroxine sodium tablets in adjuvant therapy for chronic heart failure shows excellent clinical effect. This method is helpful for improving cardiac function status in patients, and it is worth widely clinical promotion and application.
