芬太尼联合丙泊酚用于无痛人流术麻醉的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察芬太尼联合丙泊酚在无痛人工流产(人流)术麻醉中的临床效果。方法 300例无痛人流术患者,根据麻醉方案不同分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用丙泊酚联合芬太尼麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果。结果观察组清醒时间为(4.1±1.2)min、离院时间为(15.3±3.7)d,显著短于对照组的(7.8±1.4)min、(27.3±5.3)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组丙泊酚使用量为(100.2±14.7)mg/kg,显著少于对照组的(117.4±16.4)mg/kg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉药物不良反应发生率为5.3%,显著低于对照组的13.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人流术患者在丙泊酚麻醉基础上联合芬太尼麻醉效果理想,能减少丙泊酚使用剂量,术后不良反应发生率低,值得推广应用。Objective To observe clinical effect by fentanyl combined with propofol for anesthesia in painless artificial abortion. Methods A total of 300 patients receiving painless artificial abortion were divided by different anesthesia regimens into control group and observation group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received propofol for anesthesia, and the observation group received fentanyl combined with propofol for anesthesia. Anesthetic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had revival time as（4.1±1.2）min and discharge time as（15.3±3.7）d, which were all obviously shorter than（7.8±1.4）min and（27.3±5.3）d in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had much less propofol dosage as（100.2±14.7）mg/kg than（117.4±16.4）mg/kg, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 5.3% than 13.3% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of fentanyl and propofol provides ideal effect for anesthesia in painless artificial abortion. This method can reduce propofol dosage, along with low incidence of postoperative adverse reactions. It is worth promoting and applying.
