摘 要:目的观察人参在亚慢性毒性试验中末期大鼠血液学指标的变化。方法 80只健康wistar大鼠(清洁级),体重70~90 g,健康观察5 d后随机分为0、5.0、6.5、8.0 g/kg BW组,每组20只大鼠,雌雄各半,均进行亚慢性毒性试验,给予含有不同剂量人参样品的饲料喂饲大鼠90 d,在试验中期和末期分别检测大鼠血液学指标。结果试验中末期5.0、6.5、8.0 g/kg BW组大鼠血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)计数及淋巴细胞(LYMP)、中性粒细胞(NEUT)、单核细胞(MONO)百分比与0 g/kg BW组比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);试验末期RBC计数、WBC计数与试验中期比较有所增加,但差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),且无明显剂量-反应关系。结论在亚慢性毒性试验中,食用人参未对大鼠血液学指标产生明显影响。Objective To observe changes of rats hematological indexes in middle and late phase of ginseng subchronic toxicity test. Methods A total of 80 healthy wistar rats(clean grade), weighting 70~90 g, were randomly divided into 0, 5.0, 6.5 and 8.0 g/kg BW groups after 5 d of health observation, with 20 cases in each group by half male and half female. They all received subchronic toxicity test, along with different ginseng dose feeding for 90 d. Detection was made on hematological indexes in middle and late phase of test. Results There was no statistically significant difference of hemoglobin(Hb), red blood cell(RBC), white blood cell(WBC)counts, proportion of lymphocyte(LYMP), neutrophil(NEUT), and monocyte(MONO)in middle and late phase of test between 5.0, 6.5, 8.0 g/kg BW groups had 0 g/kg BW group(P〈0.05). RBC and WBC counts increased in late phase of test, comparing with those in middle phase, while the difference had no statistical significance(P〈0.05). There was no obvious dose-reaction relationship. Conclusion Administration of ginseng shows no obvious influence on rats hematological indexes in subchronic toxicity test.
