摘　　要：随着中国—东盟自由贸易区建设进程的不断推进,中国与东盟国家在国际贸易、国际投资、国际承包工程等领域的合作正加速发展,国际投资与国际贸易之间存在相互替代的关系,国际投资与国际承包工程之间存在互补的关系,国际贸易与国际承包工程之间存在相互替代的关系,三者的协调发展对中国经济增长具有一定的促进作用。With the deepening of constructional process in CAFTA, china and ASEAN have been accelerating the cooperation on international trading, international investment and international contracting projects. International trading and international investment can be substituted, international investment and international contracting projects can be complementary, international trading and international contracting projects can also be substituted. Harmonious development of them could provides impetus to boom the Eanomy in China.
