摘 要:基于无极灯电气特性的分析,提出了一种适合于无极灯负载特性的分段脉冲密度调制(PDM)调光策略。PDM调光策略是在PDM调光周期内保持无极灯工作周期数不变,通过调节PDM关断时间控制输出功率。同时在PDM调光策略中引入了分段调光方式,根据不同调光阶段设置无极灯整数个工作周期作为PDM导通时间,在各自调光阶段通过控制PDM的关断时间实现调光周期占空比的平滑变化,实现了对无极灯的高精度、宽范围的平滑调光。采用DSPIC单片机实现数字化控制,具有控制电路简单、可靠性强等优点。实验结果验证了该控制策略的可行性。Based on the analysis of the electrical model of electrodeless fluorescent lamp, a novel piecewise pulse density modulation (PDM) dimming strategy for electrodeless lamp is presented in the paper. The proposed control strategy is used for fine power control and regulation by just adjusting the PDM of switch-off time during the PDM dimming cycle. With the piecewise function, the proposed control strategy sets different dimming stages. According to the different dimming stages, it sets the duty cycle of electrodeless lamp as the switch-on time of PDM, then by adjusting the switch-off time of PDM to realize dimming smoothly and to reduce the dimming control error of electronic ballast in each stage. Ultimately, the proposed control strategy achieves a smooth, high-accuracy, widerange dimming for electrodeless lamp. Besides, due to the use of DSPIC micro-controller, the control circuit is simple and the operation of the circuit is reliable. Finally, the experiment results have proved the feasibility of the proposed strategy.
