摘　　要：目的建立芹龙颗粒中龙胆苦苷含量测定的方法。方法安捷伦Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm);流动相:甲醇-水(23∶77);柱温:25℃;流速:1 ml·min^(-1);检测波长:270nm。结果龙胆苦苷在51.5~154.5μg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998(n=5);平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为0.55%(n=6)。结论该方法快速、简便、准确,重复性好,可用于芹龙颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for determination of gentiopicroside in Qinlonggranules.Methods The high performance liquid chromatography analysis was performed on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18column（250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm）.The mobile phase was a mixture of methanol and water（23∶77,V/V）at a flow rate of 1.01ml·min^（-1）.The column was operated at 25℃and the detection wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results The assay displayed a good linearity over the concentration range of 51.5-154.5μg·ml^（-1）,r=0.9998（n=5）.The average recovery was 98.9%and RSD was 0.55%（n=6）.Conclusion This method is quick,simple and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for quality control of Qinlonggranules.
