摘 要:通过对铁路桥梁支座用防腐涂料涂装工艺进行优化改进,使涂装的桥梁支座漆膜具有优异防磕碰性能,有效解决了支座油漆开裂脱落问题。研究了不同涂装工艺对涂膜性能的影响,并用DSC对不同干燥工艺的漆膜进行了性能表征。结果表明:当支座油漆烘干工艺采用60℃烘1h,复合涂层漆膜厚度在250—350μm,工件底材采用清洗和抛丸工艺处理时,支座油漆的漆膜具有良好的耐冲击、附着力、耐盐雾腐蚀性能,漆膜抗开裂脱落能力大大提高。Through optimizing the process of anti-corrosion coating used in bridge bearing of railway, the film exhibits excellent anti-bump property, solving the dropping problem. The influence of coating process on properties was discussed in this paper. The film of difterent dry condition was c, haracterized by DSC. The results showed that when the coating was dried in 60℃ for 1 hour, the thickness of the film was about 250 350 μm, and the substrate was treated by washing and blasting, the coating film exhibited excellent impact resistance, adhesion and corrosion resistance to salt fog. The anti-drop ability was greatly improved.
