摘　　要：目的探讨PCOS患者血清DHEAS与肥胖及代谢异常的关系。方法选择在本院就诊的未经过药物治疗的PCOS患者199例,分别检测其BMI、血清DHEAS及空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素和血脂代谢相关指标,并对其进行统计分析。结果 DHEAS高值组的TT为(63.33±24.57)ng/dl,Apo A I为(1.23±0.25)g/L;DHEAS低值组的TT为(54.37±25.52)ng/dl,Apo A I为(1.13±0.26)g/L,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清DHEAS水平与TT、SHBG、HDL-C和Apo A I水平呈正相关(r值分别为0.223、0.194、0.171、0.164,P<0.05),而与Apo B呈负相关(r=-0.150,P<0.05)。结论 DHEAS水平与脂类代谢参数相关联,与肥胖及糖、胰岛素代谢无关。Objective To explore the correlation between dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate（ DHEAS） and obesity in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Methods 119 cases of untreated women with PCOS were enrolled. The levels of BMI,serum DHEAS,fasting blood-glucose,fasting insulin and lipid profiles were measured and the results were analyzed statistically.Results TT and Apo A I value of the high DHEAS group were（ 63. 33 ± 24. 57） ng/dl and（ 1. 23 ± 0. 25） g/L,respectively;and those of the low DHEAS group were（ 54. 37 ± 25. 52） ng/dl and（ 1. 13 ± 0. 26） g/L,respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. The DHEAS level was positively correlated with TT,sex hormone binding globulin（ SHBG）,HDL-C and Apo A I levels（ r = 0. 223,0. 194,0. 171,0. 164,respectively,P 0. 05）,but inversely related to Apo B（ r =-0. 150,P 0. 05）. Conclusion Our results suggest the DHEAS level is associated with the lipid metabolism parameters but not with obesity,glucose and insulin metabolism.
