摘 要:目的根据2014年1月-2016年6月丽水市农村水源水中微生物的检测数据,对生活饮用水污染风险进行评估,为农村生活饮用水管理提供科学依据。方法采集2014年1月-2016年6月丽水市农村500份水源水,进行细菌总数、总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、诺如病毒4个项目检测,分析不合格的原因,评估丽水市生活饮用水的污染风险。结果2014年1月-2016年6月枯水期的细菌学指标超标率低于丰水期,通过比较3种细菌学指标可见,不论是枯水期还是丰水期,超标率从高到低均为总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、菌落总数。诺如病毒仅在2016年枯水期检出2份阳性。结论丽水农村水源水丰水期的细菌学指标超标数高于枯水期,但诺如病毒的检出集中于枯水期。农村生活饮用水水源处理工艺需进一步完善,以保障农村居民身体健康。Objective Based on the data of microorganism detection in rural water source of Lishui during January 2014-June2016,the risk of drinking water pollution was evaluated,so as to provide scientific basis for the management of drinking water in rural areas. Methods 500 water sources in rural areas of Lishui during that time were collected for the detections of total bacterial count,total coliforms,ermotolerantcoliform and norovirus. To evaluate the hazards of water pollution in Lishui through analysing unqualified reasons. Results During the dry season in January 2014-June 2016,the exceeding rate of bacteriological indicators in dry seasons was lower than that of the wet seasons. Comparison of 3 kinds of bacteriological indicators showed that the excessive rates from high to low were total E. coli bacteria,heat resistant E. coli bacteria,the total number of colonies in all the seasons. Only 2 samples of the norovirus were detected in the dry season in 2016. Conclusion The exceeding standard rate of bacteriological in wet seasons is significantly higher than that in the dry seasons. However,norovirus detection concentrated in dry seasons. Drinking water treatment process in rural areas should be further improved in order to ensure the health of rural residents.
