摘　　要：面对严重的人口老龄化形势和迫切的养老需求,"互联网+"养老成为信息时代养老问题的重要解决途径和实现手段。"互联网+"养老具有交叉、跨越产业界限,多种业态渗透融合,改变养老资源配置方式和创新企业聚合方式等特征,应通过大力发展"互联网+"养老事业,聚集各类养老资源,创新养老模式和业态形式,构建养老服务平台,完善养老产业链,深化"互联网+"养老供给侧结构性改革,满足老年人多样化、多层次、多类型的养老服务需求。In the information age, eldercare by the Internet＋ has become an important means of solution and realization confronting the serious aging situation and the urgent needs of the elderly, which has been proved by the practice. We must develop the internet- eldercare business vigorously, polymerizing sorts of endowment resources, innovating the mode of the aging service, constructing the format of the eldercare industry, building the endowment service platform, improving the pension industry chain, and deepening the reform of the supply front of the intemet-eldercare, and then to meet elderly diversification, multi-level and multi types of demands of the aging service.
