摘　　要：文章通过梳理、研究美国经济发展型征收的历史演变,认为经济发展型征收是美国财产征收的组成部分,而且"以经济发展为目的"的特性越来越明显;经济发展型征收在美国所引起的争论,归根结底是政府在经济发展过程应该扮演何种角色之争;经济发展型征收要妥善平衡"效益"与"公正"之间的关系。This paper analyzes the expanding of economic development takings in the U.S., considers that economic development takings is a part of property taking in the U.S., and it is featured in ＂Economic development-oriented＂ more and more obvious. The argument of economic development takings in the U.S. is rooted in the role of government in the processes of economic development. The economic development taking has to focus both on efficiency and fairness.
