摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(Long non-conding RNAs,LncRNAs)是指长度超过200个核苷酸,缺乏蛋白质编码功能的RNA,大量研究表明其参与染色体重塑、基因表达、信号传导、疾病发生等过程,成为目前研究的热点。近年来LncRNA在妇科疾病中的研究日益增多,本文将对长链非编码RNA与妇科恶性疾病、良性疾病,特别是对长链非编码RNA与子宫内膜异位症发生发展的相关的研究进展进行综述。Long non conding RNA （LncRNA） , usually defined as a class of RNA with more than 200 nucleotides in lengeth, have important roles in chromosome remodeling, gene expression, signal transduction and disease development. At present, LncRNAs have being extensively explored in human cancers, whereas their roles in the development of endometriosis remain elusive. In this paper, we will review the research progress of long non coding RNA in gynecological malignant disease and benign disease, especially the development of long non coding RNA in endometriosis.
