摘  要:研究旨在探讨复合型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、腹泻率和胃肠道p H值及肠黏膜发育状况的影响。试验选用90头28日龄平均体重为(8.62±0.63)kg的断奶"长×大"二元杂交仔猪,随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.3%和0.5%的复合型酸化剂,试验全期21 d。结果表明:在试验全期,与对照组相比,添加复合酸化剂可极显著提高仔猪平均日增重(P<0.01),极显著降低断奶仔猪料肉比(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,添加复合酸化剂均可极显著降低仔猪腹泻率(P<0.01),可极显著降低胃肠道内容物p H值(P<0.01)。同时复合酸化剂具有提高断奶仔猪空肠绒毛高度(P>0.05),降低隐窝深度(P>0.05)的趋势,显著提高VH/CD值(P<0.01)。结果提示,在断奶仔猪饲料中添加复合酸化剂可改善断奶仔猪的生长性能和肠道健康。The aim of the present study was to inrestigate the effect of compound acidifier on growth performance, the rate of diarrhea,gastrointestinal pH values and the growth of intestinal mucosa in weaning piglets. Ninety crossed-bred (Landrace Yorkshine) weaning piglets, weighing an average of (8.62±0.63) kg, were randomly assigned to three dietary treatments with three replicates and ten pig- lets with each pen.The groups were fed the same basal diet supplemented with 0.3% and 0.5% com- pound acidifier respectively.The feeding trial lasted for 21 days. The experimental results showed that the average daily gain and feed conversion ratio of weaning piglets have been improved significantly af- ter adding compound acidifier. Contrasted with the control group, the diarrhea rate of piglets has been dramatically decreased after using compound acidifier (P〈0.01), and the gastrointestinal contents pH value (P〈0.01) has been also reduced obviously. Meanwhile compound acidification agent could im- prove the weaning piglets jejunum villus height (P〉0.05), reduce crypt depth (P〉0.05) and improve the VH/CD value (P〈0.01). These results indicated that compound acidifier could improve the growth performance and intestinal heahhof weaned piglets.
