摘　　要：针对房地产项目环境影响评价的工作需要和地下停车库通风系统的设计特点,提出了地下停车库汽车尾气的污染物源强计算方法、排放达标分析方法、以及环境影响预测方法,为今后房地产项目的环境影响评价工作提供技术参考,并举实例进行了评价方法的应用。Aimed at the need of real estate project environmental impact assessment work and the design characteristics of ventilation system in the underground parking garage. We Put forward the calculation method of pollutant amount of vehicle exhaust generated in the underground parking garage, the method of comparative analysis with the standard, as well as environmental impact prediction method. To provide technical reference for the real estate project environmental impact assessment work. And give an example with the evaluation method.
