摘 要:以MgSO_4·7H_2O和NaOH为原料,在均相高压反应釜中进行了水热合成碱式硫酸镁(MgSO_4·5Mg(OH)_2·3H_2O)晶须的研究.考察了反应物浓度、反应物配比、反应时间和反应温度等因素对153MOS晶须的影响,测定了反应后的液固相组成,并用XRD和SEM表征手段对合成固相产品进行了表征,确定了153MOS制备的适宜条件为:硫酸镁浓度为1.6 mol/L,反应时间4 h,反应温度180℃,反应物MgSO_4与NaOH物质的量比为1∶1.5.设计了153MOS晶须合成后母液降温结晶制备十水硫酸钠,分离十水硫酸钠后母液再循环制备153MOS晶须的生产工艺.Hydrothermal synthesis of basic magnesium sulfate(MgSO_4·5Mg(OH)_2·3H_2O) whisker with MgSO_4·7H_2O and NaOH in the high pressure homogeneous reaction kettle was studied in this paper. The effect of concentration of reactants, raw material ratio, reaction time and temperature on the products was investigated. The determination of composition of liquid and solid was conducted and products were analyzed and characterized by XRD and SEM in this paper.The results indicated that the optimum conditions to synthesize basic magnesium sulfate whisker are under 180 ℃for 4 h with 1.6 mol/L magnesium sulfate and raw material ratio 1∶1.5. The production process that the preparation for NaSO_4·10H_2O via lowering temperature crystallization of mother liquid after synthesis of basic magnesium sulfate whisker and recycling of mother liquid after separation of NaSO_4·10H_2O was designed.
