摘 要:将BCE催化剂用于催化乙烯聚合研究,考察了催化剂的氢调性能和共聚能力,以及纯净水瓶盖专用料生产情况,并利用示差扫描量热法(DSC)和熔体流动速率(MFR)等对聚合物性能进行了表征.结果表明:随着氢气加入量增加,催化剂活性迅速下降,且聚合物熔融指数增大;共聚单体1-丁烯加入量增加,催化剂的共单体效应明显,催化剂活性先升高再降低,但聚合物的熔点和密度降低.此外,BCE催化剂生产的高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)5603JP具有适宜的密度、熔融指数、力学性能和卫生性,适合做瓶盖料.In this paper, the BCE catalyst was used for the study of ethylene polymerization. The performance of hydrogen sensitivity and copolymerization ability for ethylene polymerization catalyzed by BCE catalyst were investigated. The special material of pure water bottle caps produced by BCE catalyst was also studied. The properties of the polymers were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and melt flow rate(MFR), ect. The results showed that the activity of the catalyst decreased rapidly with the increase of hydrogen content, and the melting index of the polymer increased. In comparison with ethylene homopolymerization, these ethylene/1-butene copolymerization systems all showed strong comonomer effects. With the addition of 1-butene increased, the catalyst activity increased first and then decreased,but the melting point and density of the polymer decreased. Furthermore, a special high density polyethylene(HDPE)5603JP was produced by Daqing Petrochemical Company of Petro China on the basis of the experiment. The HDPE had the features of proper density, melt flow rate, mechanical performance and hygienic properties. These advantages made the special resin satisfactorily meet the requirements for producing pure water bottle cap. The process the HDPE 5603 JP of is stable.
