摘　　要：目的研究酸性硫酸钙溶液的酸度与杀菌效果相关性。方法通过悬液定量杀菌实验,对酸性硫酸钙溶液以硫酸计含量测定、pH值测定,分析酸性硫酸钙溶液酸度与杀菌效果相关性。结果酸性硫酸钙稀释液pH值与铜绿假单胞菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀灭对数值呈线性相关,稀释液的pH值与以硫酸计浓度的对数值呈线性相关。结论酸性硫酸钙稀释液杀菌作用与酸性强度正相关。Objective To study the correlation of the acidity of the acid calcium sulfate solution and bactericidal effect.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test,content determination in sulfuric acid and determination of pH were used to analyze the correlation of the acidity of the acid calcium sulfate and bactericidal effect. Results There was a linear correlation between the pH and the killing logarithm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus. There was a linear correlation between the pH and the logarithm of the concentration in sulfuric acid of the acid calcium sulfate solution. Conclusion The main factors of the acid calcium sulfate diluents bactericidal effect may be the acidity.
