摘  要:目的研究常压射流式介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机杀菌效果的影响因素。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对某常压射流式介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机杀菌效果的影响因素进行观察。结果该低温等离子体消毒机的工作气体用氩气的杀菌效果明显优于空气。该低温等离子体消毒机对5种载体上细菌杀灭效果最好的是纸片,最差的是布片。菌悬液内加入小牛血清或甘油均能阻碍等离子体的灭杀作用。结论常压射流式介质阻挡放电低温等离子体消毒机具有较好的杀菌效果,但其杀菌效果受消毒对象的性质、有机物等因素的影响。Objective To investgate influence factors of sterilizing using fluidic cold atmospheric air plasma sterilization obtained by dielectric barrier discharge. Methods Quantitative carrier germicidal test was used to investgate influence factors of sterilizing using fluidic cold atmospheric air plasma sterilization obtained by dielectric barrier discharge. Results Sterilization effciency of working gas with argon was higher than that of working gas with air of the machine. When the carrier was paper the disinfection effect of the machine was the best,glass and wood secondly,and then the leather piece,while the fabric was the worst. Further more,the calf serum or glycerine could obstruct sterilization effect of plasma. Conlusion The streilization effect of fluidic cold atmospheric air plasma sterilization obtained by dielectric barrier discharge can be influenced by working air,carrier,number of bacterium and organic matter.
