摘  要:目的研究一种用于中心静脉导管环氧乙烷灭菌过程监测器材,探索简易监测方法。方法以国际标准菌株为生物指示剂,通过比较中心静脉导管产品与自制过程监测器材对环氧乙烷灭菌效果监测结果,确认过程监测器材监测的有效性。结果在相同灭菌条件下,中心静脉导管代表产品与本研究设计的过程监测器材对环氧乙烷抗力比较存在差异,前者对环氧乙烷的抗力明显低于后者。结论本研究设计制作的过程监测器材可以作为环氧乙烷灭菌监测指示器材,达到国际标准要求,可以作为中心静脉导管产品族环氧乙烷灭菌的过程监测器材。Objective To study a process challenge device used in central venous catheter ethylene oxide sterilization for looking for simple monitoring method to ethylene oxide sterilization. Methods The international standard strains were used as biological indicator. Then we confirmed the validity of process challenge device by comparing ethylene oxide sterilization effect monitor result between central venous catheter product and self- designed process challenge device. Results Resistance between central venous catheter representative product and process challenge device had difference under same sterilization condition,the former's resistance to ethylene oxide was markedly lower than that of the latter. Conclusion Process challenge device designed in this research can reach the requirement of international standard,and can be used as ethylene oxide sterilization process challenge device. This process challenge device can be used as the process challenge device for central venous catheter family's ethylene oxide sterilization.
