摘 要:目的了解武汉市基层疾控中心实验室检测能力。方法以消毒相关样品检测为代表,采用查阅资料、查看现场和审核报告的方式对武汉市13个区疾控中心进行考核。结果各区疾控中心平均得分为90.42分,优秀率为69.23%。微生物检测得分相对高于理化检测,实验操作过程和原始记录失分最多,总体失分率分别为13.81%和11.38%。结论武汉市基层疾控中心实验室检测能力相对较均衡,能基本满足日常工作需求,但须加强实验操作过程和原始记录等薄弱环节的改进,进一步提高检测能力、强化实验室能力建设及其安全管理。Objective To know the test ability of the primary centers for disease control and Prevention( CDC) in Wuhan.Methods Information consulting,scene viewing and reports checking were used to examine 13 districts CDC in Wuhan,with the disinfection related sample detection as the representative. Results The average score of the districts CDCs was90. 42,and the excellence rate was 69. 23%. The score of microbial test was higher than those of the physical and chemical test. In addition,the weakest points were the experimental procedure and original records,the loss rate were 13. 81% and11. 38% respectively. Conclusion The test abilities of the primary CDC laboratories are relatively balanced in Wuhan,and they can basically meet the demand of daily work. But they must strengthen the weak links such as experimental procedure and original records,improve the test ability further,and intensify the ability construction of laboratory and safety management.
