摘　　要：目的编制医院感染管理人员消毒知-信-行（KAP）调查问卷并评价其信效度。方法编制调查问卷,筛选135名医院感染管理人员进行问卷调查,随机抽取其中的32人,于10 d后再次进行问卷调查。利用组内相关系数分析重测信度;Cronbach＇sα系数分析问卷的内部一致性信度。利用各条目与各维度得分、总问卷得分的相关性评价问卷的内容效度。利用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析评价问卷的结构效度。结果两次进行问卷测量显示各项组内相关系数均大于0.9（P〉0.05）;知识、态度和行为维度Cronbach＇sα系数分别为0.756、0.763和0.816。3个维度和总问卷的相关系数分别为0.765、0.798和0.740,各维度均呈正相关（r〉0）;探索性因子分析显示,3个公因子方差贡献率分别为32.994%、19.794%和27.638%,指标的公因子方差比在0.525~0.858之间;验证性因子分析显示,NC值为2.637,GFI、CFI和IFI值分别为0.905、0.940和0.916。结论该问卷具有较好的信效度,其结果有利于量化评价医院感染管理人员消毒知-信-行情况,可为同类研究提供参考。Objective To develop a questionnaire suitable for measuring knowledge,attitude and practice of hospital infection control personnel and to evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods 135 of hospital infection control personnel were selected for survey by self- established questionnaire. 32 people were selected randomly 10 days after the first investigation and completed the questionnaire again. Interclass correlation coefficient was used to assess the test- retest reliability;Cronbach＇s α coefficient was used to assess internal consistency reliability; Correlation analysis was used to estimate the content validity; Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used to estimate evaluate the construct validity of the questionnaire. Results Test- retest reliability was good with the interclass correlation coefficients between the two time point were above 0. 9（ P〉0. 05）. The test- retest interclass correlation coefficient of the disinfection knowledge dimension,attitude dimension and practice dimension were 0. 977,0. 945 and 0. 918 respectively; And their Cronbach＇s α coefficients were0. 756,0. 763 and 0. 816. The correlation coefficients were 0. 765,0. 798 and 0. 740,the correlation coefficients between the three dimensions were positive（ r〉 0）. Results of exploratory confirmatory factor analysis indicated that three common factors were abstracted with the variance contribution rate of 32. 994%,19. 794% and 27. 638%,common factor variance ratios were between 0. 525 and 0. 858. The values of NC,GFI、CFI and IFI were 2. 637,0. 905,0. 940 and 0. 916,by confirmatory factor analysis. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the disinfection questionnaire is reasonable. It would be valuable to assess knowledge,attitude and practice of disinfection among hospital infection control personnel. It would be helpful for similar further studies.
