摘  要:目的了解医院临床分离多重耐药菌分布及细菌耐药情况,为多重耐药菌医院感染防控提供科学依据。方法通过回顾性分析的方法,对某医院住院患者送检标本多重耐药菌检出情况及细菌药敏试验结果进行统计分析。结果该医院在2015年度共检出多重耐药菌990株,产超广谱β内酰胺酶阳性大肠埃希菌检出最多。多重耐药菌主要分布在重症监护病房(ICU)、神经外科和神经内科,多重耐药菌分离自痰标本和尿液标本分别占49.8%和21.5%。临床分离的革兰阴性菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、阿米卡星、美洛培南敏感,但对多数临床常用抗菌药物普遍耐药。结论该医院多重耐药菌感染形势严峻,应加强抗菌药物合理使用与监测,强化手卫生措施。Objective To investigate the distribution of multi drug resistant bacteria and drug resistance of bacterial isolated from clinic,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of hospital infection of multi drug resistant bacteria. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted to analyze the situation of MDRO detection and results of bacterial drug sensitivity test. Results 990 clinical isolates of MDRO were distributed in that hospital in 2015,most of which was ESBLs + Escherichia coli. MDRO strains were mainly distributed in ICU,Department of neurosurgery and neurology. MDRO isolated from sputum samples and urine samples were 49. 8% and 21. 5%. Gram negative bacteria isolated from clinic were sensitive to Piperacillin / Tazobactam,Amikacin,Meropenem,but were generally resistant to commonly used antimicrobial agents. Conclusion 990 MDRO are isolated from clinic in a year in that hospital,and bacterial drug resistance situation is severe. The rational use and monitoring of antimicrobial agents and hand hygiene measures should be strengthened.
