摘 要:作为科研活动的组织者和管理者,科研管理团队建设显得至关重要,提高科研管理团队的整体能力是科研管理创新的关键.针对科研管理团队建设存在的现状与问题,北京大学人民医院建立与完善科研管理团队的培养体系,不断加强科研管理团队的建设与培养.通过医院的持续培养,科研管理团队的能力与素质获得了很大的提升,有效推动了医院科研管理与服务的创新,为医院科研的可持续发展提供了良好的支撑.As the organizer and manager of research activities,the ability of training for the research management team is very important.The improvement of the overall capacity of research management team is the key to research management innovation.In view of the current situation and problems of management team,the training system was contructed and optimized to strengthen the construction and cultivation of research management team in Peking University People's Hospital.The ability of research management team has been greatly promoted by the continuous cultivation,which effectively promotes the innovation of scientific research management and service,and provides a good support for the sustainable development of scientific research in hospital.
