摘　　要：中国经济进入新阶段,结构性调整和供给侧改革已成为未来一段时间内我国宏观经济管理的主攻方向和政策着力点。立足煤炭供给侧改革背景下煤机装备制造业的战略调整,以天地奔牛集团为例,简要阐述了煤机企业供给侧改革应对与转型升级实践,以期为煤机企业适应经济新常态提供战略选择参考。China＇s economy has entered a new stage,structural adjustment and supply side reform has become the main direction and policy focus of China＇s macro economic management in the next period of time.Based on the strategic adjustment of coal equipment manufacturing industry under the background of coal supply side reform,taking the Tiandi Benniu Group as an example,this paper briefly describes the coal machine enterprises＇ response to supply side reform and its transformation and upgrading practice,so as to provide choice reference for coal enterprises to adapt to the the strategic economicnew norm.
