不同预清洗方法对手术器械的清洗效果观察

摘　　要：目的对比不同预处理方法对手术器械的清洗效果,寻求最佳方法,进一步规范手术器械清洗流程,落实精细化管理。方法把手术室使用后的重度污染器械150件随机分成实验A组、对照B组和对照C组,每组50件,分别采用不同的预处理方法进行清洗。实验A组采用超声清洗5分钟+全自动清洗消毒器清洗的方法;对照B组采用手工预洗+全自动清洗消毒器清洗的方法;对照C组不作任何预处理,直接放入全自动清洗消毒器中,运行P2程序清洗消毒。所有器械在清洗程序结束后用目测辅助光源放大镜和ATP生物荧光检测法随机采样检测数据并统计对比。结果实验A组合格46件,合格率92%,对照B组合格33件,合格率66%,对照C组合格18件,合格率36%,对照组和实验组结果比较P<0.001,差异有统计学意义。结论超声清洗作为预处理的方法可明显提高清洗的合格率,省时、省力,更利于精细化管理。Objective： Comparing the cleaning result of the surgical instruments by different methods,find the best way to standardize the procedure of the cleaning of the surgical instruments,and implement the fine management. Methods： Dividing 150 pieces of severely polluted surgical instruments into three groups-Experimental Group A,Contrast Group B and Contrast Group C,and cleaning them by different pretreatment ways. Experimental Group A takes 5 minutes ultrasonic cleaning plus full-auto sterilizer cleaning; Contrast Group B takes hand-wash cleaning plus full-auto sterilizer cleaning;Contrast Group C takes full-auto sterilizer cleaning by P2 without any pretreatment. The result will be checked and compared by naked eyes or light source magnifying glasses and bioluminescence assay. Results： There are 46 qualified pieces from Experimental Group A,and FPY is 92%; there are 33 qualified pieces from Contrast Group B,and FPY is 66%;there are 18 qualified pieces from Contrast Group C,and FPY is 36%. The comparison consequence between contract group and experimental group is P〈0. 001. Conclusion： Taking ultrasonic cleaning as pretreatment method could improve FPY,save time and energy,and better for fine management.
