摘　　要：目的检测基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)及基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制物-2(TIMP-2)在不同宫颈组织中的表达情况,探讨其在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中的作用。方法采用ELISA法对20例正常宫颈组织、29例高级别宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)组织和35例宫颈癌组织中MMP-2及TIMP-2进行定量检测,分析其在不同宫颈组织中的表达情况。结果 ELISA测得在正常宫颈、高级别CIN和宫颈癌3种组织中MMP-2,TIMP-2的含量及MMP-2/TIMP-2的比值逐渐升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1 MMP-2及TIMP-2不仅在高级别CIN、宫颈癌组织中有表达,在正常宫颈组织中也有表达。2MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达平衡失调可能与宫颈病变的进展有关。Objective To detect the matrix metalloproteinase-2（ MMP-2） and matrix metalloproteinases and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2（ TIMP-2） in different cervical tissue expression,and to explore the role of the development process of cervical cancer.Methods Quantitative detection of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in 20 cases of normal cervical tissue,29 cases of high grade CIN tissues and 35 cases of cervical cancer tissues by ELISA method,to analyze its expression in different cervical tissues. Results ELISA was measured in normal cervix,high grade CIN and three cervical cancer tissues MMP-2,TIMP-2 content and MMP-2 / TIMP-2 ratio gradually increased,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion 1MMP-2 and TIMP-2 are not only expressed in high level CIN,cervical cancer tissues,also expressed in normal cervical tissue. 2The expression of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 balance disorders may be associated with cervical lesions progress.
