摘　　要：膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)是高发于中老年人的慢性关节疾病,属于中医"痹病"范畴。古代文献中已有较多关于该病的记载,但是目前KOA的中医证候分型仍有较大争议,而且不同地区的证型分布也存在流行病学差异。随着现代医学的发展,越来越多的学者开展了疾病证候本质研究,发现KOA不同证型存在特异的生物标志物。本文主要对KOA的中医证型研究情况进行简要综述。Knee osteoarthritis（KOA） is a chronic joint disease with a high incidence rate in adults, belonging to ＂arthralgia＂ in traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）. Arthralgia was comprehensively recorded in ancient TCM books in a fierce dispute over its syndrome types. Moreover, the syndrome types of KOA were varied in different areas according to epidemiologic investigations. Thanks to the development of modern medicine, studies on the essence of TCM syndrome types were undergoing with the findings of a majority of specific biomarkers in different syndrome types of KOA. This paper made a brief summary over the researches on TCM syndrome types of KOA.
