摘　　要：膨胀纹是常见的皮肤损害。目前虽然大量的物品用于膨胀纹的防治,但缺少有效的防治方法,光电技术作为非手术疗法近年有较大进展。本文通过文献分析发现:以血管为主要靶基的激光及强脉冲光对红色膨胀纹治疗具有较好的疗效,不良反应小。促进胶原新生、重排的点阵CO2激光及非剥脱点阵激光能够有效的改善白色膨胀纹,其中非剥脱点阵激光不良反应较小。激光联合射频治疗能够有效的提高疗效。但是目前的文献都存在样本量偏小、诊断标准及研究方案不统一等缺陷,这使得各种技术之间无法进行直接比较。Striae distensae（ SD） is a common type of dermatologic lesions. Although numerous topical applications have been adopted for it,no reliable method exists at present. Photoelectric modalities represent emerging noninvasive therapies that have demonstrated some successes in this area. Lasers targeting vascular chromophores and IPL will improve striae rubra significantly while causing no major adverse effect. Fractional CO2 and fractional non-ablative lasers stimulating collagen and elastin will improve the appearance of striae alba successfully. Lasers in combination with other modalities such as radiofrequency have also demonstrated promising preliminary results.Nevertheless,there are limitations in the literatures available,such as small sample,striking variation between diagnostic criteria and study protocols,which makes it difficult to perform head-to-head comparisons between different modalities.
