摘　　要：目的评价ω-3鱼油脂肪乳对老年胃癌患者术后肝肾功能、炎症反应、免疫功能、术后通气时间的影响。方法年龄65～80岁的胃癌患者80例，将80例患者分为试验组和对照组，每组40例。术后两组患者给予等热量肠外营养（PN），试验组和对照组分别输注含ω-3鱼油脂肪乳和普通脂肪乳。两组患者分别于术前1天和术后第7天抽取静脉血检测肝肾功能、炎症反应、免疫功能指标，并比较两组患者术后通气时间。结果术后PN治疗6天，试验组患者的肝功能、免疫功能、炎症反应与对照组比较，明显改善，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组问肾功能及术后通气时间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论老年胃癌患者术后应用含ω-3鱼油脂肪乳有利于改善肝功能，调节免疫功能及炎症反应，而对肾功能和术后通气时间影响不大。Objective To study the effect of ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion on hepatic and renal function, inflammatory reaction, immune function and ventilation time in elderly patients after operation of gastric cancer. Methods 80 cases of gastric cancer patients aged from 65 to 80 were randomly divided into control group and study group （40 cases each）. All patients were provided with equal calories by parenteral nutrition. The patients in control group were treated with ordinary fat emulsion, and those in study group received ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion. The indictors of hepatic and renal function, inflammatory reaction, immune function indices in patients on day 1 before operation and day 7 after operation were detected. The ventilation time was also compared between the two groups. Result After six days of parenteral nutrition treatment ,the hepatic and immune function were significantly improved, and inflammatory reaction was significantly decreased in the study group as compared with control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The renal function and ventilation time had no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion is beneficial to improve the hepatic and immune function, suppress inflammatory reaction in elderly patients after operation of gastric cancers, while doesn＇ t work for their renal function and ventilation time.
