藤珠胃康颗粒含药血清对小鼠胃癌MFC细胞增殖和凋亡的影响

摘　　要：目的研究藤珠胃康颗粒含药血清对小鼠胃癌MFC细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法 MFC细胞经不同浓度藤珠胃康颗粒含药血清处理后,采用MTT法检测藤珠胃康颗粒含药血清对细胞增殖的影响;采用倒置显微镜观察细胞形态变化;采用流式细胞仪及Annexin V/PI染色的方法检测对细胞凋亡的影响。结果与对照组比较,藤珠胃康颗粒含药血清中、高剂量组细胞增殖抑制率显著增高(P<0.05);显微镜下观察,贴壁细胞逐渐脱落、缩成圆形;与对照组比较,给药组细胞凋亡率均显著增高(P<0.05),并呈现剂量依赖性。结论藤珠胃康颗粒含药血清对小鼠胃癌MFC细胞增殖有抑制作用,并能诱导细胞凋亡。Objective To study the effect of serum containing Tengzhu Weikang Granule on the proliferation and apoptosis of murine gastric cancer MFC cells. Methods MFC cells were treated with serum containing Tengzhu Weikang Granule at different concentrations. The proliferation of MFC cells was determined by MTT assay. Morphological changes of cells were observed by inverted microscope. The cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and Annexin V / PI. Results Compared with the control group,the inhibition rate of cell proliferation was obviously increased in the middle and high dose groups（ P〈0. 05）. MFC cells turned round and gradually fell off. Meantime,the apoptosis rate of MFC cells was significantly higher in drug-treated groups in a dose-dependent manner（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Serum containing Tengzhu Weikang Granule can efficiently inhibits MFC cell proliferation and induces cell apoptosis.
