摘　　要：酪氨酸酶的活性降低和黑素细胞的含量减少是引起毛发早白的主要原因。本文就几种中药对酪氨酸酶的激活作用及对黑素细胞的调节作用进行综述,并简要介绍其作用原理,为其用于研究天然植物染发剂提供理论依据。The main reasons of gray hair owe to the reduction of tyrosinase activity and deficiency of melanocytes.In this paper,several kinds of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） on the activation of tyrosinase and regulation of melanocytes are reviewed. And the potential mechanism is introduced as a theoretical basis for study of natural plant hair dye.
