腓骨皮瓣与髂骨皮瓣治疗对骨缺损患者疗效、术后感染及治愈率的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨腓骨皮瓣联合髂骨皮瓣修复胫骨皮肤软组织缺损的临床疗效。方法：采用随机数表法选取我院2012年10月~2015年10月期间收治的95例骨缺损患者为研究对象,随机将所选患者分为观察组（n=48）和对照组（n=47）,其中对照组患者采用常规皮瓣修复治疗,观察组患者采用腓骨皮瓣联合髂骨皮瓣治疗,分析两组患者的手术指标及临床疗效。结果：观察组患者骨缺损愈合时间、创面闭合时间及住院时间分别为（123.65±10.38）d、（11.23±3.76）d、（22.35±3.84）d,与对照组比较存在显著性统计学意义（t=17.2076,P=0.0000,t=19.9808,P=0.0000,t=8.7801,P=0.000）;观察组患者术后并发症发生率（10.42%）显著低于对照组（36.17%）,两组比较具有统计学意义（x^2=6.2438,P=0.0000）。结论：腓骨皮瓣联合髂骨皮瓣能有效修复胫骨皮肤软组织缺损,疗效显著,术后并发症少,术后骨缺损愈合时间较短,有助于快速康复。Objective： To investigate the fibula flap combined iliac flap in repairing skin and soft tissue defect of tibia clinical curative effect. Methods： By using stochastic indicator selection in October 2012 to October 2012 admitted during the period of 95 patients with bone defect as the research object, the selected patients were randomly divided into observation group （n = 48） and control group （n = 47）, with skin flap of the control group were treated by routine therapy, observation group were treated by combined fibula flap ilium flap treatment, analysis of the two groups of patients with surgery index and the clinical curative effect. Results： The observation group of patients with bone defect healing time, wound closure time and length of hospital stay, respectively （123.65± 10.38）, （11.23± 3.76） d, d （22.35± 3.84） d, compared with the control group is significant statistical significance （t = 17.2076, P = 0.0000, t = 19.9808, P = 0.0000, t = 8.7801, P = 0.000） observation group of patients with postoperative complications （10.42%） was significantly lower than the control group （36.17%）, comparing the two groups have statistical significance （chi-square = 6.2438, P = 6.2438）. Conclusion： The fibula flap combined iliac flap can effectively repair skin soft tissue defect in the tibia, curative effect is distinct, less postoperative complications, postoperative bone defect healing time is shorter, help to rapid recovery.
