特发性右室流出道心律失常发生机制的研究进展

摘　　要：特发性室性心律失常约占全部心律失常的10%,右室流出道是其最常见的起源部位。通常认为这种室性心律失常是良性的,但越来越多的证据表明它可引发多形性室性心动过速、心室颤动、心肌病,甚至心脏性猝死,严重威胁患者的生命健康,因而受到广泛关注。本文将围绕右室流出道的解剖结构、胚胎发育、电生理学特征阐释特发性右室流出道心律失常发病的结构基础,并对其发生机制的研究进展进行综述。以期能为临床诊断提供依据,为临床治疗开拓方向。Idiopathic ventricular outflow tract arrhythmias accounts for 10% of all the arrhythmias,and the right ventricular outflow tract is the most common origin of it.Generally,it is regarded as a kind of benign arrhythmias,but recently,it has been indicated that idiopathic right ventricular outflow tract arrhythmias can also result in malignant consequences,such as polymorphic ventricular tachycardia,ventricular fibrillation,cardiomyopathy and sudden cardiac death.Then,potential risks of patients＇ lives are hiding behind this arrhythmias.In this review,it will mainly concentrate on the structure foundation of idiopathic right ventricular outflow tract arrhythmias,including the anatomical structure,the embryonic development and the electrophysiological characteristics,and the current theories of the mechanism.
