摘　　要：突发群体性事件具有复杂性、破坏性、危险性、持续性和不可预料性,处置时抢占舆论先机、化解负面影响对于保持公安边防部队的思想稳定和稳定群众心理情绪非常关键。当前,敏感复杂的社会舆论环境与以互联网为代表的新兴传媒异军突起,对公安边防部队宣传工作的创新发展提出更加迫切的需要。因此,公安边防部队宣传工作必须突破传统的工作理念和工作套路,建立行之有效的运行机制和保障机制,切实增强公安边防部队应对突发群体性事件相关宣传工作的效果。Sudden mass disposal grab advantage, incident is complex, dissolve the negative destructive and dangerous, continuity and unpredictable, impact of public opinion to keep the thought of the public security border forces stability and stable psychological emotions is critical. Currently, sensitive complex social public opinion environment, represented by the Internet and emerging media boom, innovation and development of public security border forces propaganda work put forward more urgent demand, therefore, the public security border forces propaganda work must break through the traditional work idea and work routines, establish effective running mechanism and guarantee mechanism, strengthen the public security border forces to deal with the effect of sudden mass incidents related propaganda work.
