摘　　要：本文对SAB碎磨工艺流程进行简要的介绍,通过在某铜炉渣选矿的应用及综合技术改进,实施了半自磨机工艺参数调整、衬板材质及形状的改进,球磨机工艺参数优化等系列改进措施,促进某铜炉渣选矿厂尽早实现了达产达标,再次验证了SAB碎磨工艺流程的先进性和优越性。In this paper, the SAB comminution process were introduced briefly, through the application and comprehensive technical improvement in a copper slag processing, The adjustment of the technological parameters of semi aut0genous grinding machine and the improvement in the shape and material of the liner,and the parameter optimization of ball mill process etc were implemented. All these measures had promoted a copper slag processing to reach producing and standard as soon as possible, and verified the SAB comminution process sophistication and superiority once again.
