摘  要:活性炭富集金,是一项比较成熟的方法。我室在引进此项技术后,把它应用到原子吸收上。先把试样进行前期处理,进行吸附条件实验。通过大量的实验数据,掌握了活性炭吸附金的适宜酸度、温度。活性炭吸附金的酸度范围较宽,操作也容易掌握。进行活性炭吸附实验的同时,我们就原子吸收分析金的技术作了大量的条件实验:改进了标准系列的浓度;扩宽工作曲线的范围,改进定容方式等。并与碘量法作过对比实验。实验结果证明了此方法的可靠性。而且,与碘量法相比超差率大大降低,也降低了化验员的劳动强度。Activated carbon enrichment, is a more mature method. After the introduction of this technology, we apply it to atomic absorption. The sample is first processed and the adsorption conditions are carried out. Through a large amount of experimental data, the suitable acidity and temperature of activated carbon adsorption is mastered. The acidity of activated carbon adsorption is wide, and the operation is easy to grasp. Activated carbon adsorption experiments at the same time, we made experimental conditions of atomic absorption analysis of a large number of gold technology: improved the concentration of standard series; widen the scope of working curve, improved capacity etc.. And compared with the iodine amount method. The experimental results show that the method is reliable. Moreover, compared with the iodometry ultra slip is greatly reduced, but also reduces the labor intensity of the laboratory technician.
