摘  要:针对装载机夏季作业时,液压系统容易过热从而影响作业效率的问题,对装载机液压系统热特性进行分析。建立装载机液压系统热交换模型,并将仿真结果与压力试验结果进行对比检验所建模型的正确性。根据各元件的产热和散热特征建立数学模型,分析系统达到热平衡后各元件的产热和散热功率。对液压系统进行改进后得出结论:流经散热器的流量与散热效果成非线性关系;减小油箱容积的同时增大散热能力,可将系统的热平衡温度控制在合理范围内。此外,将定量液压系统改进为负载敏感液压系统后,系统的热平衡温度有明显下降。An analysis concerning loader hydraulic system's characters is carried out that the system in summer time tends to be overheat and defects the working efficiency.Therefore,a heat exchange model is made for the system,which correctness has to be checked thru comparing the simulation results with the pressure tests.The next is to build an analogue according to the components heat-buildup and heat radiation features,which power rate is then analyzed when the system reaches a thermal balance.Then a conclusion comes out improvements to the system that a non-linear relationship is found out of the flow rate thru the radiator with the radiating effects.A way out is to reduce the oil-tank's capacity while increasing its radiating capability that can control the system's thermal balance temp within a logical limit.And more when a constant hydraulic system is changed to a loadsensitive one this system can get an obvious temp decrease in thermal balance.
