摘 要:滚筒前支撑是沥青路面养护车的关键部件,在滚筒旋转时起固定支撑作用。为了研究在车辆制动时滚筒以及沥青混合料的惯性力对前支撑的作用影响,利用UG NX6软件建立滚筒前支撑的三维模型,借助ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行数值模拟,得到了不同工况下滚筒前支撑的应力应变分布图。基于上述分析结果对滚筒前支撑进行结构优化设计和有限元仿真分析,得到了优化后模型的应力应变分布图,并将两组数据进行对比分析,验证了滚筒前支撑结构优化的合理性和必要性。It is clear that the drum's front support is a critical component in an asphalt pavement maintaining car,which would hold and prop the drum rolling.In order to see how inertia of the drum and the existing mixtures would affect the front support when the car is braked,a way is to u se a UG NX6 software to make a 3-D model for the drum's front support which is to value simulate with an ANSYS finite element analysis software before getting a stress-strain diagram for the support under various working conditions.On the basis of analysis results mentioned above the front support has to be structure optimal designed and finite element simulation analyzed before getting a stress-strain diagram of the model after optimization.These 2 groups of data have to be compared and analyzed,thus verifying logics and necessity of the front support's optimization.
