摘　　要：根据实际项目介绍改变使用功能的既有建筑的结构检测与鉴定,特别是对于设计图纸缺失、部分检测参数无相关规范的项目。通过现场结构体系检查、结构平面布置图及配筋图绘制、现场检测、承载力验算等,得出该既有建筑的安全及抗震性能结论,为后续使用功能改造提供技术支持。可为类似工程的结构检测与鉴定提供参考。Based on the test and identification of existing building structure changed the using function,including the checking of structural system and bearing capacity,the drawing of structure layout and reinforcement figure,field testing etc.,it was concluded that the safety and seismic performance of the existing buildings to provide technical support for subsequent transformation of the using function. Especially for the lack of design drawings and part of the testing parameters without relevant specifications,it provided a structure detection and identification reference for similar engineering.
