摘 要:在深部钻探、石油钻井或盐矿层区,经常会遇到盐膏层,由于盐膏层具有独特的性能,其常导致钻完井施工复杂且井下事故频发。钻井液是钻探工程的血液,它不仅可以冷却钻头也能起到很好的护壁作用,以减少事故的发生。控制钻井液性能、钻井液体系的设计与优化为盐膏层钻井的主要技术措施之一~[1]。本文从盐水钻井液添加剂的作用机理出发,结合舞阳Y4井钻井液技术研究,总结出一套较完整的盐水钻井液室内配制方法及性能测试实验。The salt-gypsum bed was often encountered in deep drilling or salt mine drilling,because of its unique properties,salt gypsum bed often leads to frequent underground accidents and construction become very complicated after the drilling has done. Drilling fluid was lifeblood of the drilling engineering. It could not only cool the drill bit but also play a very good role in protecting borehole wall to reduce the happening of the accident. To control the performance of drilling fluid and the design and optimization of drilling fluid system is one of the main technical measures for the drilling of salt gypsum beds[1]. In this paper,a complete set of laboratory tests for the preparation and performance test of the brine drilling fluid was summarized based on the mechanism of salt water drilling fluid additive and combined with the research of drilling fluid technology in Wuyang Y4 well.
